CVM Copilot

A strategy generator for lifecycle teams.

Describe a base, a goal and a constraint — get segmented plays, treatment arms and offers you can actually ship.

CVM Copilot is a working experiment that turns a lifecycle brief into a shippable play — segments, treatment arms, offers and a schedule you can actually run.

Most CVM planning still dies in the gap between strategy deck and campaign build. This tool sits in that gap.

What it does

You describe three things:

  1. A base — who you're starting from (e.g. "postpaid subscribers, 90-day active")
  2. A goal — what you're trying to move (retention, upsell, win-back, reduce churn)
  3. A constraint — budget cap, channel limits, regulatory guardrails

The copilot returns a structured play: audience splits, treatment arms, offer suggestions and a rollout schedule. Not a slide. A plan you can wire into your stack.

A better default: narrow the base to the highest-risk, highest-propensity slice.

Who it's for

Lifecycle managers, CVM leads and retention analysts who are tired of rebuilding the same segmentation logic from scratch every quarter.

If you've ever spent a week in spreadsheets before a single offer went live, this is aimed at you.

Current status

Private beta. I'm opening it to a handful of teams at a time — people who can give honest feedback on whether the output is shippable, not just impressive.

What it isn't

  • Not a campaign execution platform (yet)
  • Not a replacement for your data warehouse
  • Not magic — garbage-in still gets garbage-out, just faster

If you want early access, get in touch and tell me what you're working on.
